Test Failure Analysis Engineer (Debug)

Responsibilities

• Failure analysis for PCBA and system level
• FA report compilation and delivery for customer
• FA WIP reduction and management
• Cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, etc.) collaboration for failure issues investigation and resolution
• Develop / optimize FA methodologies and processes to improve analysis efficiency and accuracy
• Technical support & guidance to production lines for preventing failure recurrence
• Training & guidance to FA technicians for skills improvement
