About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office / Admin Executive to join our team in Papua New Guinea.
As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of our office, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office and team
- Maintain filing systems and keep records organized
- Enter data for invoices, stock transactions, and sales orders
- Work closely with other departments to support daily operations when required
- Perform other tasks as directed by Management
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookA flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamA keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workTo attach recent photo in resume
