Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts for the company.
  • Handle human resources and administrative functions.
  • Oversee company administrative tasks.
  • Supervise the daily operations of the finance department, including accounting activities.
  • Manage accounts receivable / payable, cash applications, invoicing, payroll, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Prepare and submit reports and handle audits.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax authorities, company secretary, and ensure proper internal controls are in place.

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, AutoCount).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month

    Work Location : In person
