Overview
Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant Manager to develop and implement interior design strategies for consignment, retail renovation, and fit-out projects . The role focuses on enhancing the company’s brand identity and aligning design concepts with business goals through effective space planning, material selection, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop design strategies, space plans, and 3D perspectives for consignment, retail renovation, and fit-out projects.
- Select materials and design elements that align with the company’s brand identity and standards.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present design concepts, layouts, and material boards.
- Revise and improve design layouts according to project needs.
- Supervise and coordinate site works to ensure alignment with design intent and project timeline.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.
- Assist in leading and guiding the design team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or retail fit-out projects.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.Strong knowledge of materials, space planning, and project coordination.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in retail or commercial design will be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
