Job Description

The Role Own the platform that aggregates, enriches, and distributes jobs across Jora, SEEK / Jobstreet, Google and partners. Drive continuous improvement of candidate experience through data-driven experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership : Lead strategy for job aggregation, enrichment, and distribution. Partner with crawling ops to improve content coverage, quality, and deduplication
• Customer Discovery : Conduct job seeker interviews, translate insights into problem statements, collaborate on UX design and A / B experiments
• Analytics & AI : Work with Data Scientists on engagement analysis, build monitoring dashboards, leverage LLMs for content enrichment
• Delivery : Collaborate with Engineering on roadmap execution, write clear requirements, manage stakeholder alignment

Team : Cross-functional Jobstream team reporting to Head of Product, working with Engineering, Design & Data Science in an outcome-driven, hypothesis-led environment.
