Lift & Escalator Technician (Based in Putrajaya)

Responsibilities : -

• Perform maintenance, testing, commissioning and repair services for lift / escalator.
• Attend to breakdowns, call-backs and customer requests, including 24-hour standby duty.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out preventive and / or corrective action.
• Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
• Carry out servicing jobs in accordance with the servicing schedule and maintenance record given by your immediate superior.
• Assist in solving complex technical issues.
• Assist in repairing job.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety by providing feedback to your supervisor.
• Take immediate action on-site in case of high-risk identification and apply the escalation procedure.
• Be responsible for safe working practices and carrying out operations according to maintenance and safety instructions.
• Complete and submit service reports and attendance records in a timely manner.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
