Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Oversee onboarding and training programs.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support management in performance evaluations and employee engagement.
