Operation Finance

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical finance leader to oversee the financial strategy and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring a robust control environment. You will lead the commercial team and act as a key partner to stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable business insights to drive profitability and growth.

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

Drive the property's financial strategy by developing and managing the annual operating budget and business plan. You will produce accurate, data-driven forecasts by analyzing sales figures, market trends, and departmental performance. A key part of your role is to provide insightful analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvements, and profit growth, guiding strategic decision-making across all departments

Financial Operations & Compliance

Oversee all accounting operations to maintain a strong control environment that safeguards company assets. You are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow management. Your duties will include managing internal and external audits, ensuring timely tax compliance, and guaranteeing adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contractual requirements.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, integrity, and collaboration. You will communicate strategic goals clearly, delegate with appropriate authority, and conduct regular performance appraisals. Your responsibilities include managing the entire employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to creating personalized development plans that empower team members and support successful daily operations.

Stakeholder Communication & Relations

Serve as a key financial partner to owners, property managers, and corporate leadership. You will build strong relationships by understanding stakeholder priorities and effectively communicating complex financial concepts in a clear and persuasive manner. By providing timely reports, facilitating review meetings, and offering expert financial guidance, you will help drive desired business outcomes and align financial goals with strategic objectives.
