• Identify, log, and monitor issues and outages to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Ensure timely assignment and resolution of incidents to meet service level agreements.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in IT service management.
• Deploy service management procedures and tools to maintain documentation standards.
• Operate IT production services in accordance with established protocols.
• Expert proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

• Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management.
