The Role – Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, you will lead a large warehouse team and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control and outbound logistics. This is a critical leadership role ensuring operational efficiency, safety and compliance while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, distribution).

Implement Warehouse Management Systems (ERP / WMS) to achieve high inventory accuracy.

Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow for maximum efficiency.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, RBA requirements, and safety regulations.

Drive lean warehousing practices (5S, Kaizen, FIFO / FEFO, cost control).

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team.

Collaborate with production, planning, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain support.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration.

7–10 years’ warehouse / logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of ERP / WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RBA compliance and warehouse audit requirements.

Proven leadership in managing large warehouse teams in a manufacturing or EMS environment.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

High integrity, results-driven, and passionate about operational excellence.
