- Implement sales programs by developing action plans to maintain and grow the existing client portfolios. -Research and identify new business opportunities, follow up on potential business opportunities and convert potential prospect leads into accounts. -Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients to understand clients’ requirements and prepare business proposals. -Follow-up and ensure timely response to enquiries and assigned tasks. -Lead business negotiation, finalize deals with client and handover to Technical team for implementation. -To establish and sustain long-term relationship with clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. -Having an in-depth knowledge of company’s offerings, services and value proposition. -Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. -Conduct market analysis, survey and research to generate business opportunity, understand market trends, and update of competitors activities. -Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping with current requirements, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses. -At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or related field; preferably in IT industry._ -Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. -Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multi-tasking environment. -Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities. -Self-motivated and self-directed, able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. -Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
