Salary : RM 8,000 – 8,500

Requirement : JLPT N1

Key Responsibilities :

Provide prompt and professional support via email, chat and phone

Understand customer needs and offer effective solutions

Document interactions accurately in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to relove issues efficiently

JLPT N1 / Native - level Japanese

Strong communication & problem - solving skils

Customer - centric mindset

Willingness to work and relocate in Malaysia
