Overview

We\'re Hiring : Mall A&P Executives - Casual Mall Leasing & Event

Location : 168 Park Mall

Join our dynamic Marketing team and play a key role in driving footfall, building our brand, and creating engaging experiences for shoppers. We are looking for two passionate and creative individuals to fill the following positions :

A&P Executive (Event & CML)

Business Plan, Marketing Strategy, Branding & Budgeting
To assist in executing the Mall’s Marketing Business Plan that includes budgeting.
To assist the Superior, Marketing with implementing of the marketing plan into effective advertising program and activities including special promotions and collateral materials.
To maintain spending expenditure for events delegated within budget.
To assist in strategizing, planning and implementing loyalty marketing activities.

Campaign, Event & Promotion

To assist and execute the approved marketing and promotional program.

To attract sufficient customers from the desired target market(s).

To obtain a strong retail market presence to ensure that the Mall is relevant to its customers.

To support retailer activities to promote sustainability of sales.

To develop relationships with retailers to secure their participation in all-appropriate promotions and events.

To monitor advertising program required for all media, including collateral in support of the marketing plan.

Advertising

To assist in developing and execute relevant and cost-effective advertising strategies.

To liaise with relevant parties in the production of advertising for all media including collateral in support of the marketing plan of the Mall.

Operations and Administration

To adhere to the marketing event booking system and effective operating policies and procedures.

To maintain effective inter / intra departmental communications to ensure easy access and smooth flow of information.

To assist the superior in preparing and submitting monthly Management Reports on expenses incurred and the results of execution of the marketing plan.

To monitor and collect all press coverage of the Mall and its competitors’ advertising and promotional materials.

To attend to issues at point of events / promotions and to ensure that the events / promotions run smoothly.

To perform all other work as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 years working experience in event management and promotion activities, preferably in a shopping mall. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good interpersonal and supervision skills and is able to communicate with all levels. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
