About The Role
We are looking for a
Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker
who will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in ensuring all booking inquiries are handled professionally, and that communication between our clients and dispatch team runs smoothly.
You will also support day-to-day operations and report directly to the Reservation Manager, who is authorized to act on all matters related to reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Relay accurate booking information to the dispatch team.
- Confirm bookings with vehicle and driver details to customers.
- Monitor and update driversâ availability.
- Maintain and update trip statuses in the system in real-time.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions and communications.
- Analyze customer feedback and escalate issues to management.
- Report incidents or complaints and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate driver assignments based on availability and fairness.
- Support operational goals aligned with the companyâs mission and vision.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Able to speak and read MandarinCandidates must possess at least DiplomaFresh graduate are welcome to applyStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Experience in transport / logistics or a similar field is a plus.Job Benefits
