To ensure total guest satisfaction by exceeding guest expectations and attain department planned revenue through meet sales targets. To ensure services are delivered according to property and LHW standards
Specific Duties & Performance Responsibilities
- To ensure welcoming the guests courteously and professionally with by delivering personalized service
- To ensure pick up safely the guests from start to destinations either to their return to hotel
- To ensure guests’ satisfaction from welcome until farewell

To be well informed about the activities and other events the hotel is offeringTo be well informed about the weather conditions, local attractions, information about the environment and connecting with the guests through storytellingTo assist in up selling the hotel services in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all timesGeneral Information :
To follow rules and regulations set as per property and LHW standardsTo fully comply with grooming standards at all timesTo ensure responsibility and proactivity that work area is manned at all timesTo ensure punctuality is always followedDaily Responsibilities
To ensure all guests are treated in a warm, friendly and efficient mannerTo have the product knowledge of the hotel and its food and beverage outlets operating hours and other guest facilities that are availableTo ensure to address guests by name at all timesTo ensure the regular guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognitionTo use the correct verbiage of terms and phrases approved by the managementTo ensure rowing a dinghy with respect and ownershipTo ensure all beverages and drinking water for guests are preparedTo maintain cleanliness of the boat at all timesTo maintain the boat equipment, clean and tidyProvide guidance to crew members in a respectful and professional manner.Personnel and Training Responsibilities

Experience in hospitality or transportation field is recommended with good command of English
At least 3 years’ experience in a luxury and high-end environment
Required ability of reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Driving skills
