Sr. Test Engineer

Job Scope : Develop and maintain test programs for V93K or Uflex automated test equipment (ATE).Design and validate probe cards, load boards, sockets, and change kits to support silicon bring-up, yield analysis, and production ramp-up.Collaborate with IC design, DFT, and product engineering teams to support test strategy, pattern validation, and debugging of high-speed digital IPs.Execute test plans across engineering and production phases, ensuring test coverage and yield optimization.Analyze test data to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.Drive test time reduction and cost optimization initiatives.

Job Requirement : 5+ experience in testing development filed.Familiar with coding on V93K or Uflex.Familiar with probe card, load board, socket and change kit design.Familiar with DFT & high-speed digital IP debugging. Process analysis, integration and improvementProgramming skill in C / C++ or VB.Programming skill in Perl.
