Overview
We\u2019re looking for a passionate Junior ServiceNow Developer with approximately 2 years of working experience to join our team. You will be instrumental in helping us build and enhance custom workflows and applications. We are seeking someone who is excited about leveraging the ServiceNow platform to drive operational efficiency and improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules, particularly IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Workflow App, and HR Service Delivery.
- Support integration efforts between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Entra) using Workato, REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes, and enterprise connectors.
- Participate in the automation of workflows, including user provisioning, task automation, and SSO enablement.
- Collaborate with senior developers and architects to implement scalable and secure integration solutions.
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to ServiceNow integrations and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
Experience & Skills
Approximately 2 years of working experience with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on development and configuration.Good working knowledge of ServiceNow development practices.Experience with integrations, especially with platforms like Workday, is value add.A passion for using ServiceNow to solve business problems and a proactive approach to enhancing custom applications.Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Application Questions
