Supervise air conditioning service and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
Delegate tasks and set work schedules.
Monitor work quality and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Train and guide junior technicians, providing hands-on training and skill development.

Job Description

Requirements

Experience : 2-4 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or workshop management.

Skills : Hands-on experience with vehicle repairs, including battery, brake, wiring, air conditioning, and tyre services.

Supervisory : Ability to manage and guide a small team of technicians effectively.

Problem-Solving : Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve mechanical / electrical issues.

Communication : Ability to communicate instructions clearly and effectively.
