Fleet Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Fleet Supervisor. The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fleet including maintenance, scheduling, and optimizing fleet usage. Key duties include managing technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with other departments, and implementing safety protocols. The role involves regular reporting and analysis to improve fleet performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fleet Management and Vehicle Maintenance
• Strong Organizational, Scheduling, and Time Management skills
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Safety Protocols
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and reporting
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya
• Relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• Diploma in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field
