Mandarin Speaker Telesales Consultant

Penerangan pekerjaanContact potential clients via phone to introduce EPOS products and services. Build rapport quickly and effectively communicate our value proposition. Convert cold calls into qualified appointments for the sales team. Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation KPIs. Adopt a proactive, goal-oriented approach to drive measurable results. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM. Ensure all outreach activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties when needed. You have at least 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales. You are proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese You are an excellent communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. You can confidently draft professional emails with attention to tone and detail. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using messaging or CRM platforms. You are friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused in every interaction. You thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. You can multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organized. You have a self-motivated, “get things done” attitude and are driven by results.

About This Role
EPOS is looking for a Telesales Consultant to join our Sales team and play a critical role in driving new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts — identifying potential clients, making impactful connections, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team.
You will combine your communication skills, persuasive sales techniques, and research capabilities to convert cold calls into warm leads. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hitting targets, and are motivated by high earnings and career growth, this role is for you.
