Penerangan pekerjaanActively engage with customers at retail stores to promote and recommend company products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through in-store sales and event promotions. Conducts product demonstrations and provide clear explanations to customers. Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve sales strategies. Ensure all product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines Monitor stock levels, place replenishment orders, and ensure no stock-outs at assigned outlets. Build strong relationships with store staff and management to support product visibility. Train and guide retail staff to improve their product knowledge and selling ability. Support product sales at events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or retail promotion (preferably in healthcare / FMCG / pharmaceutical industry).
- Strong sales mindset – motivated by targets and incentives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in approaching and engaging customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to travel to retail stores and events across different locations.
