to join our team and help us grow, engage, and retain our members. Key Responsibilities : Approach and close new collaboration with potential partners to drive growth, engagement, and mutual goals. Maintain strong relationships with key members. Run onboarding, education, and engagement activities for new members. Act as the voice of members internally → collect feedback and pass to Product / Marketing Organize community events, webinars, or campaigns. Handle the end-to-end process of paid projects : planning, sending proposals, monitoring execution, and reporting Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Previous experience in Partnerships / Business Development / Community Development Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with both online (social media, community groups) and offline (events, meetups) engagement. Data-driven mindset; able to track engagement and suggest improvements. Creative, proactive, and passionate about community building. Why Join Us?
