Responsibilities

  • Responsible for trades delivery planning and ensure timely delivery as per territory assigned
  • Work closely with stakeholders (buyers, traders, contract team, customer service, pricing, finance, factory planner etc) to ensure execution risks are identified in advance
  • Proactively highlight and resolve issues related to the execution of the shipment
  • Manage other ad-hoc shipping or operational activities
  • Align trade delivery with buyers’ expectations
  • Attend trade enquiry by offering quotation
  • Manage brand registration on a monthly basis
  • Facilitate sample requests from buyers and traders
  • Adhere to company SOP to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Logistics or its equivalent
  • Experience in container shipment will be an advantage
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
