Responsibilities :
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure the smooth running of departmental operations and activities.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing necessary documents.
- Handle documentation processes, perform data checking, organize departmental records systematically, data entry and generate reports as required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while interacting professionally with all levels of management, departments staff, and external parties.
- Liaise with customers or business partners by arranging appointments, preparing meeting rooms, and welcoming guests in a professional manner
- Support the department's daily functions with reliability and a proactive attitude, regardless of the situation.
- Complete tasks assigned by the superior and perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills :
Diploma / bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).Have minimum 1 years of experience.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications.Strong command of English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills, and experience in international collaboration are mandatory.Experience in preparing valuable presentation slides for relevant audiences.Has good organization skills, self-initiative, and commitment with a high degree of flexibility and resiliency.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsJob Types : Full-time, Permanent, Contract
