About the role

OWH Consulting Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Civil & Structure Draftsperson to join our growing team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the design and development of civil and structural engineering projects.

If you have hands‑on experience with computer‑aided design (CAD) software, familiar with building processes knowledge of how to interpretation of Civil & Structure drawing we would like to meet you.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce drawings using computer assisted drafting system (CAD) for both infra and structures
  • Use CAD software to produce high‑quality design documentation, including plans, sections, elevations and construction details
  • Collaborate with engineers to interpret design specifications and translate them into accurate and well‑documented drawings
  • Support the engineering team in the development of project deliverables and ensure drawings meet all relevant standards and regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and drawing templates
  • Responsible & maintain an organised filling drawing system, storage and manage & record drawings (hardcopy / softcopy) received for project drawings and documentation involved
  • Capable of completing tasks within the given time frame

What we're looking for

  • Preferably possess a Technical Certificate / Dilploma, Advanced Education
  • Minimum 3‑5 years working experience in Civil & Structure Engineering Consultancy with good AutoCAD, Revit, Esteem and other drafting design software
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills and good understanding of construction materials, methods and industry standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with engineers and other stakeholders
