We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aseptic Processing Specialist to support and enhance aseptic production operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing equipment, validating processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position requires deep technical knowledge of aseptic systems, particularly Tetra Pak filling units, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility readiness, including components, machinery, and spare parts for the aseptic filling lines.
- Collaborate with manufacturing operations to ensure aseptic and environmental procedures align with actual practices through regular reviews.
- Lead or support equipment system start-ups and commissioning activities, including identifying and implementing necessary automation changes.
- Plan and execute equipment / process validation and qualification activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation (Design, Functional, System specifications).
- Supervise contractors and other personnel during project execution and routine activities.
- Drive process improvement strategies focused on productivity, compliance, and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams to meet daily production goals.
- Analyze and resolve processing issues to ensure continuous and permanent improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering .Hands-on experience with Tetra Pak aseptic filling systems (e.g., A3 Flex, Compact Flex, TBA ) is required .Strong understanding of P&ID (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams) .Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project ).Demonstrated ability to lead / support engineering projects , manage contractors, and drive cross-functional results.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment.Self-starter, highly detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in aseptic food or beverage manufacturing .Familiarity with automation systems , process control logic, and equipment troubleshooting in sterile environments.Exposure to GMP, FDA, ISO, or other regulatory frameworks .#J-18808-Ljbffr
