Responsibilities
Reply to buyer messages quickly and follow the service rules set by the company.
Provide good customer service and help customers through live chat.
Work with other teams like Customer Service, Warehouse, or Delivery to solve customer problems.
Handle a large number of customer questions in a polite and professional way.
Take full responsibility for solving customer issues, including any problems with orders or delivery.
Look for ways to make the work process better and more efficient.
Reach the daily performance goals set by the regional team.
Requirements
Job Requirement :
Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
