Dialysis Manager

Sri Tanjung Medicare (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Dialysis Manager to join our team in Penang. As Dialysis Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our dialysis unit, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care and the efficient management of our dialysis resources.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage multiple dialysis units, including scheduling staff, overseeing patient care, and maintaining inventory and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimise patient care and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes
• Provide training and support to dialysis staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Analyse data and generate reports to track unit performance and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and technologies to enhance the dialysis services
