Overview In this role, you are expected to be a team player with a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks, and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles. You should understand how the team interacts with others to accomplish objectives, make evaluative judgments based on factual information, and resolve problems by applying technical experience guided by precedents. You will exchange information clearly and be sensitive to audience diversity. Your impact is limited to your own job and the quality of the tasks / services provided.

Responsibilities

Provide Account Services processing support for Asia Acct Services Ops, including Account Opening / Closure, Maintenance, and Document Review with understanding of Account Services documentation.

Demonstrate Team Lead / Management Skills; participate in new projects / migrations to ensure smooth cutover with minimal risks.

Support / participate in migration and project management; coordinate with cross-regional teams.

Coordinate with clients and cross regional countries; manage documentation review and system setups.

Deliver on day-to-day responsibilities with adherence to service levels and quality standards.

Maintain risk & control, follow internal policies and legal parameters.

Assist in training development, materials, and trackers for migration; support training for new staff.

Participate in process changes / automation initiatives to improve productivity and client experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Process and authorize day-to-day transactions for Corporate Accounts including Account Opening and Maintenance per local procedures.

Deliver service quality at all times; resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Interact with clients, understand requirements, issue and review documentation, and enter system data.

Meet required productivity metrics; ensure timely resolutions of issues and exceptions.

Investigate client inquiries and respond appropriately; perform Maker and Checker roles with attention to detail.

Adhere to internal policies for compliance; maintain performance metrics and assist in audits.

Support ongoing projects and migrations; ensure smooth transition with minimized risk.

Contribute to training, rollout of process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Deliverables

Processing of day-to-day transactions as per operating procedures.

Maintain service quality and compliance with internal policies.

Perform control-related activities to mitigate risk.

Maintain productivity to meet SLA targets.

Other Shift Timing : this role will be in one of 3 shifts and will be rotational bi-annually / annually. Saturday and Sunday are weekly off. Holidays are per the processing region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in financial services preferred; knowledge of bank products related to opening and maintaining bank accounts; customer communication experience.

Flexibility, team spirit, high attention to detail; strong PC skills (Excel, Word).

Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin language proficiency is a must.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; willingness to work on shift schedules.
