Penerangan pekerjaanCoordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability. Manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with safety, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and industry standards for electronic components. Monitor warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement. Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes to reduce cost and enhance productivity. Handle logistics and coordination with freight forwarders and suppliers for inbound and outbound shipments. Implement ERP / MES / WMS systems for effective warehouse management and reporting. Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years in the EMS / electronics manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of material control processes in EMS, including kitting, ESD handling, and traceability requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment. Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage for supplier / vendor interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material issuance, kitting, and shipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock audits to meet EMS production requirements.
Implement lean warehouse practices to improve material flow and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Proficiency in ERP / WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range : RM10k - RM15k
