Job Description

The Global Data team for a world‑renowned global manufacturer in the construction industry is seeking an Expert DevOps Consultant to support the team and current DevOps in feature deployment, automation, integration, and overall environment maintenance.

Responsibilities

Provide expert consulting on DevOps best practices, support deployment pipelines, automate processes, integrate cloud services, maintain and enhance the infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or any related field.
• Mastery of established programming languages (Python, Java, Scala) .
• In‑depth knowledge of common cloud applications (AWS, Azure) and framework technologies (Spark, S3, Nifi) .
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Extensive experience using container orchestration tools (Docker Swarm or Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with open‑source automation tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible).
• Experience in the automation area of cloud infrastructure services.
• Sound knowledge of data management.
• Experience related to data architecture or software development.
• Preferred prior experience with big‑data tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced agile development environment.
