Description
Job Duties :
- Provide high-quality care to employees (patients) of the company.
- Assess patients by collecting data and contributing to a database (physiological, emotional, sociological).
- Establish nursing goals and patient expected outcomes.
- Assist doctors in giving injections / vaccinations, pap smears, explaining results, chaperoning, etc., when required.
- Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients.
- Assist in promoting and answering queries related to staff health & health screening services.
- Assist the Head of Department in planning, monitoring, and managing safety and performance improvement activities when needed.
- Perform other tasks / duties as assigned.
