Urgent! Regional Product Marketing Director / Semiconductor Industry Distributor

Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve revenue, GP, and business targets.

Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

Plan and execute Tech Days, webinars, seminars, and promotional events.

Support Sales and FAEs in customer visits and drive key projects and order closures.

Manage product line inventory and related processes (RFQs, samples, opportunity registrations).

Report marketing and sales performance regularly to management.

Degree / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in semiconductor distribution, direct sales, or product management.

Knowledge of electronic components and applications is a plus.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work under pressure.

Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with China clients.

Comfortable working across cultures and multiple time zones.

Lead APAC semiconductor product marketing and market expansion.

Work with top customers and suppliers on key projects.
