About the Role

As our E-commerce Product Specialist, you will take full ownership of our product presence online. Your mission is to manage and optimise our official stores on Shopee and Lazada, ensuring all customer-facing content is accurate, engaging, and drives sales. You will be a key player in developing sales strategies, analysing performance data, and providing an excellent shopping experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle on our e-commerce platforms, including uploading new items and performing backend maintenance.
  • Write clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions based on provided information.
  • Edit and optimise product images for a compelling online presentation.
  • Monitor and plan sales, inventory levels, and shipping logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Ensure all product information, including pricing and specifications, is consistent and accurate across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and understand customer needs.
  • Other duties as assigned in office administrative duties to support E-commerce.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential : Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin is required for effective collaboration with our headquarters in Taiwan.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in E-Commerce implementation and management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and complex tasks management skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and graphic editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or similar).
  • A genuine passion for video games
