Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Rotating through three business areas over 18 to 24 months : Business Intelligence and Platform Strategy, Category Strategy, Special Projects, and Category Operations
- Using real-time data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating with business leaders to translate insights into scalable strategies
- Building and refining go-to-market strategies and guiding category-wide initiatives
- Managing high-impact, cross-functional projects addressing platform-level challenges
- Supporting sellers and creators through onboarding, training, and data-driven advice
- Engaging with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to TikTok Shop’s e-commerce ecosystem growth
