Penerangan pekerjaanDefine and own the product roadmap for the Martech platform, aligning with business and customer engagement goals. Drive the adoption of cloud-based capabilities , ensuring scalability, agility, and integration with existing systems. Translate business needs into product features, user stories, and technical requirements. Partner closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver platform capabilities. Manage vendors and technology partners, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with security and regulatory standards. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement. Influence and engage stakeholders across multiple business lines and regions.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management , ideally within Digital Platforms, or Cloud-based solutions.
- Bonus : Cloud technologies understanding (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) and how they enable scalable customer platforms.
- Experience in stakeholder management, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies.
- Exposure to data-driven marketing, customer engagement platforms, or personalisation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be part of a ground-up platform build with significant visibility and impact.
