Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and specifications.
  • Work closely with development teams to prioritize and deliver product features on time.
  • Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Support the creation of product roadmaps and timelines for technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance product offerings in the financial services industry.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of IT Product Management experience
  • Experience in product management or related roles within the technology department.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to managing timelines and deliverables.
