1) Assist in preparing purchase orders, request for quotations (RFQs), and other procurement documents.
2) Support vendor sourcing, comparison, and evaluation processes.
3) Maintain accurate records of procurement and administrative documents.
4) Help track deliveries and ensure proper documentation for goods received.
5) Assist in updating supplier and inventory databases.
6) Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
7) Support compliance with procurement policies and organizational procedures.
