Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the mall’s marketing initiatives. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving footfall, and enhancing customer engagement through effective campaigns and team leadership.
Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and customer engagement
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve marketing goals
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships that enhance the mall’s appeal
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximise return on investment
- Collaborate with finance and senior management to ensure financial compliance and marketing ROI
- Work closely with tenants, retail partners, and internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pre-event planning and post-event performance for tenant / retailer in-store events, mall events, promotions, and collaborations
- Analyse event outcomes to assess effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, ideally in the retail or shopping mall sectorProven track record in marketing strategy, campaign management, and team leadershipStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication, analytical, and project management skillsProficiency in digital marketing strategies and toolsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility to meet changing needsWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays for events and promotions#J-18808-Ljbffr
