About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Secretarial to join our team on a contract basis at our office in Batu Caves, Selangor. In this role, you will be an integral part of our growing Compliance Department, providing key administrative and secretarial support to our legal professionals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist and carry out the instruction of the Company Secretaries in performing the overall company secretarial functions.
- To maintain proper statutory records / register, preparing and filling of statutory forms to companies commission of Malaysia and Registrar of Societies (ROS) and liaise with CCM an ROS if required
- To draft agenda and notice of meetings and to prepare the attendance list of the meetings such as Board of Directors meetings
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
JOB REQUIREMENT
MAICSA Finalist / graduate or equivalent qualificationMinimum 3 years working experience in secretarial functionsStrong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levelsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookA keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa MalaysiaApply now to become our next Executive, Secretarial.
