MATTA is HIRING! MATTA is seeking a highly driven and meticulous Executive Assistant (full time multitasking ninja) to join our squad! If you enjoy planning events, coordinating travel, and keeping things running behind the scenes, we want to you on board!
This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.
What You’ll Do :
- Coordinate EXCO and MC (Management Committee) meetings – from venues and agendas to travel bookings and preparation of docs (meeting minutes, high level reports and presentation slides)
- Organise our National AGM and 13 Chapter AGMs
- Arrange domestic & international travel for our leadership team and staff
- Prepare & submit documents to the Registrar of Societies (ROS)
- Support FATA Board Meetings setup and facilitate online conferencing execution.
- Managing front-desk inquiries, suppliers, and HQ administrative support
- Track attendance and leave records across HQ and Chapters
What You Bring :
Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, or related field3+ years’ experience in executive support, admin, or event coordinationProficient in Microsoft Office / Online tools e.g. ChatGPT and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)Exceptionally organised with strong communication, multitasking skills and customer-focused attitudeProfessional, discreet, and adaptableFamiliarity with ROS compliance is a strong advantageWhat You’ll Love :
