Senior Manager Business Development (Subsea / IRM / T&I)

Enviros is seeking a Senior Manager Business Development in the Subsea, Inspection, Repair & Maintenance (IRM), and Transportation & Installation (T&I) sectors. The Senior Manager will develop business strategies, manage client relationships, lead business development initiatives, and drive tendering and commercial activities to expand the company’s presence in the offshore energy market. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.

Ideal Skillsets

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Geoscience, or a related field
• Experience in Business Development, strategy development, and market analysis
• Client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Subsea, IRM, and T&I sectors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership and team‑management experience
• Ability to work on‑site at Jalan Ampang, KL
• Preference for candidates able to start immediately
