- Lead and manage innovation projects and conduct innovation & breakthrough research on new products and process focusing on Customer Acceptance, Commercial Feasibility, Regulatory and Market Compliance.
Duties And Responsibilities
General
Contribute to setting the vision and direction for product and process innovation to support the sustainability and leadership position of the organization.Leading and aligning people towards achieving the vision and values in a dynamic organization.Complying with country regulatory environments, governing bodies, and industry compliance requirements.Keeping abreast of latest cutting-edge technology relevant to the industry.Business / Operations
Developing business plan for product and process innovation / development.Identifying opportunities to design new innovative products and processes aligned with the organization's business plan and strategic vision.Conducting analyses to measure product competitiveness and performance.Creating a conducive environment for process or product innovation.Analyzing and interpreting data to drive continuous improvement.Planning and directing research activities and experiments.Applying scientific principles, practices and findings.Defining key performance indicators for new products or processes.Developing methods to evaluate product technical performance aligned to international benchmarking R&D methodologies.People / Stakeholder Management
Employee engagement, development, succession planning and performance management.Any other tasks that assigned by your superior.Requirements
Education :
Ph.D in (Chemistry) / (Polymer Science) / (Material Science) / (Polymer Engineering) / (Material Engineering) / (Applied Chemistry) or equivalent combination of relevant education and / or experienceWork Experience
Minimum 6 years in leading and managing innovative and breakthrough research on new products and processes.Minimum 2 years' experience in patent registration (local and international).At least 2 successful projects commercialisedAdditional Company Information
