Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is core to what we do. You will provide solutioning design and play a crucial role in guiding the product team in implementing best practices, investigating and resolving incidents that were not resolved at lower support levels. When issues become tricky, you’ll cooperate with other IT support teams and specialists on troubleshooting.

For any issues related to telecommunication or security systems within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. The same applies to managing, proposing, and implementing all necessary changes to production security implementations and industry practices in all IT Services data centers and premises, ensuring global availability of key DHL Group services.

Last but not least, your expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), machine learning concepts, load balancers, VPNs, proxies, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud will be vital to your support role.

Ready to embark on the journey?

• Excellent skill in understanding the latest technologies and their application to Customer Services (CS) business knowledge.
• Very good knowledge of cloud architecture, exposure to data modeling, and adoption of Generative AI / Agentic AI, with experience implementing customer‑facing applications.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum team environments.
• Strong solution‑architecture design fundamentals, presentation skills, and hands‑on software development experience in Angular, Java, or Python; familiarity with development frameworks, advanced analytics, and problem‑solving.
• Business intelligence technology aficionado with a solid understanding of modern analytics skill sets and experience in MVP and POC rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks under time and workload pressure, while collaborating across regions in a multinational environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
• Certifications or knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Teradata, Power BI, Power Apps, or any Gen AI related certification is a plus.

Hi, my name is Pooi Hoe and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2004, when I took a role as Business Analyst in the DHL Data Warehouse BI team. Over the years I gained hands‑on experience managing multiple projects across all areas in DHL, eventually moving into a Project Manager role, and then to Team Manager in 2019.
