What will you do

• Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and build a high-performing consultant team.
• Event Oversight : Ensure seamless planning, execution, and brand consistency for all activations.
• Lead Management : Drive lead quality and alignment with sales teams.
• Performance Reporting : Consolidate post-event feedback and recommend improvements.
• Client Relations : Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Operational Management : Track performance, manage inventory, and lead debriefs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to improve offerings.
• Team Training & Development : Onboard, train, and develop consultants.
