What You Will Be Doing

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business priorities
Provide expert guidance on HR programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives
Lead and support the execution of talent management and organizational development initiatives
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to roll out global and regional HR programs
Manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, recruitment, and exit processes

You are a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges. You bring a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Experience working in a shared services environment will be a strong advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management

Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and industrial relations practices

Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Desired Skills And Experience

Experience supporting IT or Finance functions is a strong advantage

Background in shared services environment preferred

Proven ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels

Skilled in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities
