Epic Collective is seeking a Property & Community Lead at PARC, Subang Jaya
The candidate will be reporting to Upper Management. The scope requires the candidate to manage the upkeep of a community park and its assets & facilities while actively engaging with community stakeholders to create a vibrant and participative community through and around the space. The candidate will oversee and manage a dedicated team.

Immediate. Personnel will be working in shifts that may include weekends.

Essential Job Functions
- Performance Management and Reporting
- To work closely with Upper Management to achieve larger goals and objectives of the project.
- Lead and drive the achievement of project objectives and KPIs, including financial, sustainability, and community impact goals.
- To prepare and present relevant reports for management and the relevant clients.
- Operations and Asset Maintenance
- Develop maintenance plans, providing systematic approach inclusive of setting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for day-to-day management of the spaces and operations. and oversee its successful implementation.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the property, activities, tenant relations and asset maintenance.
- To manage, administer and supervise the appointed contractors and their staff and when required to take necessary action to ensure the performance and conduct of the contractors are satisfactory at all time.
- To advise Upper Management and the Client on any asset improvements to ensure the effective management and to continuously uplift the overall experience.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for property operations, including maintenance, tenant management, marketing, community engagement, and other operational expenses.
- Monitor financial performance by overseeing day-to-date financial operations, including the generation and distribution of transactional documents, income revenue, collections and expenditures.
- Ensure that all charges are aligned with agreed terms, and that payments are collected promptly and in accordance with financial policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure mutual satisfaction, foster long‑term tenancy, and encourage a sense of community within the space.
- To monitor and ensure compliance of all tenant’s covenants as stipulated in the tenancy agreement and house rules.
- To source and acquire new tenants, ensuring alignment with project objectives and long‑term goals.
- Ensure positive customer service is delivered throughout all touchpoints, from incoming enquiries to management of bookings.
- To ensure that the space is suitable for events and activities to continually meet the project’s objectives and key goals
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue from rentals and bookings, such as implementing pricing strategies, offering additional services or optimisation of spaces to increase revenue generation.
- Community Engagement
- Assessing feedback received from community members and visitors to form/adjust plans to meet the strategic objectives and KPIs of PARC.
- Build relationships with the neighbouring community of Subang Jaya. Including fostering an environment of goodwill.
- Assist Upper Management in sourcing, developing and growing partnerships with individuals and organisations that are aligned to project objectives.
- Team Leadership and Management
- Manage the team responsible for day‑to‑day operations, including part time and full time employees.
- Organise team structure, identify recruitment needs and coordinate with HR on onboarding and scheduling of staffing.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Team leadership and management skills
- Strong organisation skills, ability to multitask, with attention to detail.
- Self disciplined and able to maintain a routine to consistently maintain high standards.
- Hospitality and customer service skills is a must. Loves people!
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Chinese and Tamil will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently, well‑organised and capable of meeting deadlines and proactively following‑up.
Experience
- Have experience in leading teams.
- Experience in facilities management, community management, real estate, project management, hotel management or building related qualifications.
- Added advantage for candidates with working experience in property management.
- Team work oriented with good communication skills.
Remuneration
We will commensurate with relevant work experience and qualifications within the range of RM5,000-RM7,000.
