Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and sales consultations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and post-sales services to enhance client satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives for new and existing property projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital and offline promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
  • Manage online property listings and digital marketing efforts to generate leads.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events such as property launches, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for advertising and PR activities.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer databases, and marketing activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost management for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience : 2-5 years of experience in property sales, real estate marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of property development, real estate market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM software, and property listing platforms.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events when required.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with property investment, home financing, and real estate regulations.
  • Experience in handling high-value property transactions and luxury developments.
  • Creativity in marketing strategies to attract diverse property buyers.
  • This role involves assisting manager in tasks assigned, managing customer relationships, managing leads, and supporting the overall business growth in the real estate sector.
