Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the internal operations to ensure smooth coordination and execution of project workflows, supporting team members and leadership in delivering high-quality outcomes to clients. Your work enables subject matter experts to focus on high-value regulatory strategy and client delivery.

This role is particularly well suited for someone highly organized, process-oriented and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project progress and deliverables to support on-time and high-quality project delivery
• Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and status reports
• Compile, analyze, and interpret project data to generate reports and dashboards for project leads and leadership
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations
• Ensure internal processes and tools are followed and support opportunities for process improvement
