Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to focus on marketing data and insights. This role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing-related data to help the business understand campaign performance, customer behavior, and overall marketing effectiveness. The Data Analyst will provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update market information system regularly.
- Gather data from internal and external sources from multiple sources (CRM, website analytics, social media, campaign platforms, etc.)
- Analyze daily sales and market performance reports, providing actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports that combine marketing and logistics insights to give a holistic view of campaign effectiveness and operational impact.
- Prepare and distribute reports to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to provide integrated, data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct segmentation, demand forecasting, and trend analysis to optimize marketing spend and inventory planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across marketing and logistics reporting systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.Proven experience as a Data AnalystStrong knowledge of marketing and logistics KPIs.Proficiency in SQL, Excel or other programming skill added as advantageExperience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
