Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, product requests, and order updates via WATI apps (WhatsApp Business) and communicate clearly in English and Tamil to assist customers with their needs.
  • Provide product information, promotions, and after-sales service support.
  • Attend to and respond professionally to Google Reviews and online customer feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Operational Support : Update customer records, orders, and enquiries in the system; collaborate with showroom staff to update stock availability and promotions; escalate technical or unresolved issues to the relevant department promptly.

Billing & Finance Support

  • Prepare, verify, and issue invoices to customers accurately.
  • Handle customer queries related to billing, payments, and instalments.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for reconciliation of payments and record-keeping.
  • Assist in maintaining billing documentation and customer transaction histories.
  • Requirements

  • Education & Experience : Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail operations, or billing / accounts (preferably in jewellery or retail industry).
  • Language Skills : Proficient in English (spoken & written); Fluent in Tamil (spoken).
  • Technical Skills : Familiar with WATI apps / WhatsApp Business or other CRM tools (training will be provided); Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic billing / accounting systems.
  • Soft Skills & Attributes : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach; Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle billing / finance-related tasks responsibly; Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment; Honest, reliable, and professional in conduct.
  • Job Type & Schedule : Full-time; Working Day : 5 days a week.
